These are certified courses offered by the Singapore government where courses under WSQ are offered with a significant discount – the government offers to provide support and shoulder 90% or 95% of course fees.
This is great news for the older low-wage workers because now they only have to pay 5% or 10% of the course fees under the WSQ courses.
